Funding by Harper Adams University College, the International Research Centre of Food Industry and Supply Chain Management has been set up in the International College at BUA. It is aimed to develop research cooperation between staffs of two institutes in subjects related with two joint undergraduate courses. The main areas of the research are focused on:

• Consumer behaviour and attitudes, and market developments in food and consumer goods markets

• Supply chain management in retail and food sectors

• Traceability, food safety and quality management
