2016年12月5日晚六点，国际学院学生会在国院楼阶一教室召开了第二次学生会理论培训大会。学生会主席团、各部门部长及全体干事参加了此次培训。

首先，学生会办公室主任董笑含讲解了站内平台的使用方法，演示了如何在志愿北京加入志愿团体以及志愿活动。接着，她介绍了国际学院执委会成员。干事们认真听讲，了解了站内和志愿北京基本的使用方法，熟悉了学生会的人员。接下来由副主席张汀讲解了写策划的方法。通过她的讲解，同学们学会了如何确定活动的背景，明确活动的目的，列举所需的人力资源和物力资源以及如何准确地对经费进行预算。干事们认真学习并做了记录，不仅为接下来的活动做了良好铺垫，更使干事们学到了如何开展一项新活动。
