2014年1月15日中午12：30，为使国际学院大三年级学生了解英国签证的申请过程，国际学院邀请合作院校哈珀亚当斯大学驻中国的官方代表处，在国际学院新楼阶一教室为学生讲解具体的出国申请签证流程。

January 15, 2014 at 12:30 pm, in order to help Year2 students of ICBUA understand UK visa application process, International College invited the official representatives of Harper Adams University to introduce the specific process of the application in the new building amphitheatre 1. 

本次活动主要分为四个阶段。首先，哈珀亚当斯大学驻中国代表处的总裁彼得.布洛克萨姆为大家简单讲解了代表处的相关情况，并且介绍了往届学生的申请签证情况。接着，由代表处的中国职员王海祺为大家详细介绍了申请英国签证的具体步骤，包括签证类型，英国留学费用等方面的内容。随后，国际学院学生就自己关心的问题进行提问，并积极与代表处人员交流。最后，彼得先生介绍了代表处的后续咨询活动，届时可以为学生及家长提供免费的咨询服务。

 First, the chief of the representative office, Peter F Bloxham, simply explain the relevant circumstances of the office to students, and introduced previous cases of visa application. Then the consulting representative Wang Haiqi explains specific steps about UK visa application. Subsequently, the International College students actively communicate with the office staff. Finally, Mr. Peter introduced the follow-up consulting activities, and they will be able to provide free counseling services for students and their parents.

本次活动旨在使即将出国的大三学生了解英国签证申请过程，以及了解相关的哈珀.亚当斯大学生活。
