2013年10月26日，北京农学院国际学院召开成立校友会筹备会。党总支书记谭锋，副院长刘铁军、朱涛老师和2008至2013届的12名毕业生代表出席了会议。会议主要目的修订毕业生通讯录、确定毕业生返校日程，筹备校友会成立等事宜。副院长刘铁军主持会议。

In October 26th ,9:30am,2013, Beijing university of Agricultural’s Alumni Association of International College Preparatory was convened in conference Room. Secretary TAN Feng,Vice Dean Liu Tiejun,teacher Zhu Tao and 12 representatives of 2008-2013 graduates attended the meeting. Aim of the conference is to determine schedule of graduates back to school.founded alumni association.ultimately successful meeting.

   谭锋书记对此次返校的毕业生代表表示了感谢，并将此次会议的主题和流程进行了详细说明，随后又由刘铁军副院长和朱涛老师分别畅谈了自己的看法。会议确定了毕业生返校日的日程安排，确定了校友通讯录修订方式，各位学生代表积极发表看法并给出了许多宝贵意见。在毕业生的帮助下核对了所有毕业生信息以便校友会的成立，最后会议讨论了成立校友会的筹备事宜，对国际学院院徽提出了宝贵建议，为校友会的成立打下了良好基础。

The meeting begun with secretary Tan feng speaking,thanks for students who back to school and described the theme and process of the conference.followed by Vice President Liu Tiejun and Mr. Zhu Tao made a speech respectively. First meeting to determined the schedule for which day greduates back to school, each student representative give their opinions. Next on checked information of all graduates for Alumni Association, the meeting discussed for found Alumni Association, and International College’s mark.The meeting successfully reach a goal, the alumni association will be founded more smoothly.
