5月是国际学院学生的考试时间。为了更好地与学生家长形成合力，共同督促学生备考复习，国际学院以电子邮件的方式给学生家长致信。书信中再三说明了考试成绩的组成及对学生的重要性，并向家长告知了学生备考时间以及考试时间。

International college’ staff  wrote  letter to sophomores’ parents and juniors’ parents  in order to  stimulate students  to study hard.The letter told the parents that the final score of courses is composed of two parts:report(50%),examination(50%).The reference time and examination time was told the parents.

信中希望，学生家长与学院共同努力，督促和引导孩子的认真复习。信中分析了部分学生成绩下滑的原因，告知了学院层面督促学生认真复习的措施，希望学生家长指导孩子科学安排复习时间，规律作息时间。

We hoped  the parents urged child to study harder for better grades with us.We analyzed the causes that some students made poor grades, hope the parents should be much more likely to guide their children to arrange review  time in a scientific and reasonable way.

 信中希望，学生家长能够提醒孩子认真对待考试。信中列举了近年来不认真对待考试的案例，国际学院每年在考试之间的考前动员会上，都是千嘱咐万提醒，唯恐学生因为一念之差而耽误自己。希望家长多提醒孩子千万要认真对待考试，遵守考试纪律。

信中希望，学生家长督促孩子在备考之余进行体育锻炼。加强对孩子安全意识的教育，提高他们的自我保护意识。

据了解，召开考前动员会、给家长致信都是国际学院督促学生认真备考、诚信考试的举措。

We hope the parents urged their children to take physical exercise and  improve safety thinking.Hold mobilization meeting and write a letter to parents are International college’ measure that the aims  are  to  urge students to learn and not to cheat.
