2013年9月23日下午3：15，教B405，我院进行了第十届学生会换届选举会议。国际学院副院长刘铁军老师，郭传真老师、朱涛老师应邀参加此次会议，会议由第九届学生会主席康玉铭主持。
In September 23 2013, the selection of the tenth Student Union of Beijing University of Agriculture International College was held in Building B405. The International Associate Dean teacher Liu Tiejun, teacher Guo Chuanzhen and Zhu Tao was invited to participate in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the ninth chairperson of the Student Union Kang YuMing.
我院秉承着公平、公正、透明的原则将评委分为两组：第一组评委由第九届学生会执委会成员组成，投票权重占总票数的80%；第二组由随机抽取现场十名学生观众组成，投票权重占总票数的20%。
Our College adhering to fair, impartial, and transparent principles of the judges was divided into two groups. The first group by the judges of the ninth student union executive committee members, voting power to total 80 votes. The second group of randomly selected by Kang YuMing of live ten students audience voting weight of 20% in the total number of votes.
竞选过程中，竞选者一个个走上讲台，在黑板上留下自己的名字后，进行了90秒的竞选陈述。他们或沉稳如水，或热情似火；有的侃侃而谈、口若悬河，有的略显紧张，却也才华横溢。他们在讲台上敞开心扉，向大家诉说着自己，他们是在历练，也是在完成一次蜕变。评委们在紧张地一次次投票之后，选举产生了国际学院新一届学生会执委会成员。
The campaign began. After the election who took to the podium one by one, leaving his name on the blackboard and started 90 seconds election statement. All of the candidates were steady and enthusiastic. They were articulate and slightly nervous, but also talented. Lots of them told their own story without any cheat. They experience was also in the completion of a transformation. The judges after tense scoring again and again, we saw the hope of the new International College Student Union.
最终，学生会主席一职由宋和谦夺得；学生会副主席由诚恳的刘晨阳和热情向上的郑炎庚担任；生活部部长是吃苦耐劳的薛钰城；学习部部长是勤奋努力的袁佳儿；体育部部长是热情四射的邸天昱；外联部部长是口才极佳的徐然；文艺部部长是多才多艺的李彦儒；宣传部部长是绘画天才李嘉冀；大学生科协协会会长是无私的徐雅雯；细心的李身梦坐镇办公室；爱较真的王子岳是权益部部长，新闻中心由王朝负责。
Then, SongHeQian won the President of the student union who said everything. Sincere Liu ChenYang and enthusiastic Zheng YanGeng won the Vice President of the student union .Living department’s minister is Xue YuCheng who is bear hardships and stand hard work. Studying department’s minister is Yuan Jia Er who is a hard-working girl. Sports department’s minister is passionate Di TianYu; Public relations department is lead by Xu Ran, an eloquent man. Li YanRu who is good at singing; Minister of the advertising department is Li JiaJi who has painting genius. College students' associations for science and technology association lead by selfless Xu YaWen. Li ShenMeng lead office department. News center was leaded by Wang Chao. .
